The Borough of Dormont is Hiring for Pool Manager / Recreation Clerk!
The Borough of Dormont is seeking well-qualified applicants to join our office staff as a Pool Manager / Recreation Clerk. This is a full-time position that will have office responsibilities between pool seasons.
Candidates must:
• Be comfortable working with general public
• Have excellent leadership skills to lead the Dormont Pool lifeguard staff
• Be able to work under pressure with a positive attitude
• Be able to maintain a safe environment for employees and the public
• Be a Certified Pool Operator or ability to obtain certification within three months of hire
• Be able to perform routine clerical and administrative work
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Aquatics, specifically lifeguarding
• Lifeguard Instructor Certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire
This is a Union position with a starting salary of $43,919.00 and includes a comprehensive benefits package including: Health Insurance with minimal deductible; PTO earned on day one; Sick time earned every 5 weeks; Paid Family Leave
