Access Dormont is changing!
The Access Dormont mobile app will be retired on June 30 as the Borough transitions to a new website-based system for submitting community concerns, requests, and feedback.
Residents will still be able to:
- Report issues
- Submit complaints
- Request services
- Share community feedback
The service isn’t going away—it’s simply moving to a new, easier-to-maintain platform.

Why is the app going away?
The Borough is moving to a new software for Permitting and Code Enforcement. This software will allow the borough to reduce costs, provide more information regarding projects, and offer online permitting forms in the future. With this change, a new Access Dormont form will need to replace the current web-based form and mobile application.
When will the app stop working?
The app will be sunsetting on June 30.
What replaces it?
A new Access Dormont form that will show up in our new Permitting and Code System. You can access that form at tinyurl.com/accessdormont
How do I submit concerns?
Click the link on our website to submit your concern. You may also call the front office or stop by to fill out a paper form.
Can I still use my phone?
Yes, you can still use your phone. The form is mobile-friendly.
