The Nitty-Gritty:
🌊 Age requirement: 15 years or older
🌊 Essential duties: Swimmer surveillance, rule enforcement, emergency care, facility cleaning
🌊 Physical demands: Sitting, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds (with potential for more in emergencies)
🌊 Work environment: Primarily outdoors in summer weather conditions, moderately loud noise levels

Level Up & Lead:
HIRING LIFEGUARD SUPERVISORS!
🌊 Age requirement: 17 years or older
🌊 Essential duties: Assists management by supervising lifeguard staff and pool deck operations, ensuring swimmer surveillance and safety standards, maintaining pool cleanliness and chemistry, responding to emergencies, and providing outstanding guest service at the Dormont Pool.
🌊 Required: at least 2 seasons of employment as a certified Ellis & Associates or American Red Cross lifeguard at an aquatic facility.
🌊 Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
