While the Parks & Public Works Departments have made a lot of progress, Dormont Park remains closed to the public. There are still many uprooted trees and large loose branches that could cause serious injuries if they were to fall on residents. The Borough of Dormont has an arborist coming to work on Dormont Park next week. An update will be shared as that work progresses.
Pop Murray Field is now OPEN. Anyone attending events at the field, please keep to the concession stand, restrooms and ballfield. Please do not go into Dormont Park as it remains closed.
As a reminder, Beggs Snyder Park is open for recreation. Hillsdale Park is also open to use as a green space.
