How will the project address stormwater management and impact the borough’s sewer infrastructure?
The land is currently a parking lot with little to no stormwater management. Whatever is built there will need to be designed to have a stormwater management system that is in compliance with Dormont’s stormwater ordinance. This will be addressed during the design phase.
