The Borough of Dormont conducted a safety audit of its playgrounds following their closure due to liability concerns. The Borough received a recommendation from a certified playground inspector from Pashek+MTR to remove Castle Playground, along with the 2024 Playground Safety Audit this week. Borough Council will discuss the matter on Monday, October 28 during the Supercommittee/Agenda meeting at 6pm and will vote on the issue during the Borough Council meeting on Monday, November 4 at 7pm.
