To Whom It May Concern:

Gulisek Construction, LLC is currently under contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the above referenced project.

We will be doing work on McFarland Road for the next month and a half. During working hours there will be parking restrictions along McFarland Road. Our daylight working hours will be from 9 am to 3 pm and there will be four (4) weekend closures of McFarland Road. The road will be broken into two sections when weekend closures are occurring. The two sections are: Beverly Road to Dell Ave & Dell Ave to Washington Road. Only one of these sections will be closed at a time. During these weekend closure we plan to work from Friday at 9 am to 10 pm & Saturday from 7 am to 10 pm. While these sections of

McFarland Road are closed parking will still be allowed on one side of the road. NO PARKING signs will be placed in advance, so the residents know which side of the road not to park on for that weekend. On some weekends we may be working on one side of the road Friday then need to switch parking on Saturday to work on the other side of the road. If this is the case, NO PARKING signs will be posted on Friday for the Saturday no parking. If you can avoid parking for the weekend in our work zone closure it is strongly suggested. We will accommodate you the best we can, but if a construction operation is going on by your driveway or vehicle it may be a few minuets until we can allow you to move.

The daylight 9 am to 3 pm work is going to begin on June 11, 2019 weather permitting.

The first weekend closure (weather permitting) will be June 14-15 followed by closures on June 21-22, June 27-28, and July 12-13. Daylight work will take place every weekday prior to a weekend closure. Please follow the NO PARKING signs when they are posted to avoid having your car towed.

Please contact Brandon Farrell, Project Manager (724-809-5804), Terry Kostelnik, On-Site Superintendent (724-640-7104), or Michelle Siemen, PennDOT Representative (412-738-4268) if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Brandon M. Farrell, Project Manager
